TRAINING FEEDBACK POLICY

Mobile Technology Academy is highly committed to quality. As per training feedback policy, you will have to send training feedback to training manager on daily basis, so that we can conduct your training efficiently and remove your training related issues timely. Training Manager will be responsible to address training issues mentioned in feedback form on regular basis, in case any training related issue is not intimated in feedback form, the issue will not be entertained on later stage (In any communication medium - Written/Verbal).

EXCEPTION

1. Internet Not Working

For Nex-G has multiple internet service providers. In-case you are trying to send status from office and internet is down, please contact IT Manager/Training Manager to obtain other internet source. You are also free to send the status report from Home / Personal Internet / Cyber Cafe.

2. URL Not Working

During server maintenance, sometimes link doesn't work. In such scenario, you will have to send the status in email (emplate mentioned below) and also report the same to IT Manager.

NON COMPLIANCE

In case, you fail to send the feedback

1. Your next class will not be conducted and penalty of Rs 100 would be imposed.

2. In case you repeat this mistake for 3 times, your registration will be cancelled.

ACCEPTANCE

Kindly read the instructions mentioned above clearly and reply "I agree to comply with Training Feedback Policy"

In case any trainee doesn't accept training feedback policy, company shouldn't be termed liable for any quality issue w.r.t training.
