The Training Objective for the Operations and Maintenance Centre - Radio (OMC-R) Training Program is to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and practical skills to efficiently manage, monitor, and maintain radio network elements such as BTS, NodeB, eNodeB, and gNodeB. The training will cover critical functions like fault management, configuration management, performance monitoring, and security in radio access networks (RAN) across 2G, 3G, 4G (LTE), and 5G technologies. By the end of the program, participants will be able to use OMC-R tools to optimize network performance, resolve incidents promptly, and ensure high availability and quality of service in the radio network.
